One Nation Fighters

'Horrible' Harry Scarff has been at One Nation Boxing since he was 13 years old. As an Amateur he Won the Elite Haringey Box Cup and ABA Championships in both the Midlands and North West. His awkward style and unique skill set has made him one of the most avoided Welterweights in Britain today!

A Former Commonwealth Gold Medallist and World Championship Silver Medallist. Sandy is one of the hottest female prospects in boxing. The first World Champion from One Nation Boxing who's ultimate ambition is to fight at the home of her beloved Derby County Football Club. #DCFC

Myron 'Skillz' Mills has been developing under Clifton Mitchell since he was just a child. He won the IBF Youth Title back in 2017 and has since captured and defended the English Lightweight Title. A fighter who has all the potential to go all the way!

Karum comes from a fighting family with his Dad & Grandad being former Taekwondo World Champions. He recently captured his first title after Winning the East Midlands Challenge Belt and has aspirations to box at the highest level both in the Amateur & Professional ranks.

Rowan joined One Nation in February of 2022 after being recommended to go and see Clifton by Former British & Commonwealth Cruiserweight Champion Ovill McKenzie. "I was told it was a good gym to develop my skills and also build my reputation outside of the ring. I love it here!" His favourite fighter is Prince Naseem Hamed because of his slick style and supreme confidence and swagger.  

Danny was introduced to One Nation Boxing by his brother in law Harry Scarff. In just 18 months he has become a talented fighter and a real student of the game. His goal is to reach the top of the game just like favourite fighter is Errol Spence Jr. 

Yousaf has been a One Nation fighter for over 4 years. His dedication to learning the fundamentals of boxing have lead to great progression and a love for the gym and team. Yousaf is a keen student of the game who's favourite fighter is Shakur Stevenson. "I admire his footwork and range of boxing skills." 

Jeano joined One Nation in the summer of 2022 and has taken to the sport like a duck to water. His natural athletic ability and strength make him an exciting fighter in the ring. Jean has real throwback style and high work rate make him a problem for his opponents. One of his favourite fighters is Salvadore Sanchez "I love the Mexican style of boxing Sanchez's all out action style and ability to raise his level to surpass opponents really excites me! I also like Lomachenko because of the way he moves around the ring and  Rigondeaux amateur pedigree."

Leahcim joined One Nation in September of 2022 after being scouted by Clifton Mitchell. "The gym has a clear route to success, I'm grateful for the opportunity!" Leahcim has a boxing style that is built around his athleticism. He has a high work rate and strong fundamentals. Since joining he has improved his footwork and his body has continued to transform as he's been sparring older more experiences fighters around his weight. "My favourite fighters are Canelo and Deyontay Wilder, I love their explosiveness and the way they pressure their opponents into making mistakes."

Olly Hooper has been at One Nation Boxing since August of 2022. He's dedicated his time to learning strong fundamentals and working with Clifton to use his size and reach to his advantage. "At One Nation we're all super competitive and hungry to want to be the best!" Olly is a true student of the sport he lives and breathes boxing from morning to night! His favourite fighter is Dimitry Bivol because of his power, brilliant fundamentals and ring IQ. Olly also really likes Jack Dempsey and says "his story has inspired me a lot, his journey to go out of his way and challenge people also selling out 97,000+ stadiums."

Haaris started training at One Nation back in 2018. He is developing into an all round boxer who fights with calculated pressure and a solid Ring IQ. "The gym environment is like one big family, both the Pro fighters and Coaches have a real genuine love for the sport." Haaris's favourite fighters include Muhammad Ali and Amir Khan. After boxing for a regional Challenge belt in 2022, he has goals of capturing belts in both the Amateur and Professional game.

Ty joined the gym at the end of 2019 after hearing about the reputation of One Nation Boxing in Derby. He loves the 'Dog House' hungry energy shared by everybody involved. From a young age Ty has always done combat sports he's a Black Belt in Karate and a Blue Belt in Jiu-Jitsu. His favourite fighters include Tommy Hearns, Marvin Hagler, Felix Trinidad and Shakur Stevenson. "When it comes to boxing I'm an all-rounder, I'm tall and rangey with an awkward style. I'm going to go as far as I can in this sport!"

Charlie has been part of One Nation Boxing for just over a year. An athletic fighter with a busy 'non stop' style. "How do people in the Midlands not know about One Nation Boxing. I have an addictive personality and feel at home in an environment, I can constantly learn and live outside my comfort zone!" His favourite fighter is Ricky Hatton and the first boxer he can remember staying up late to watch.

Emmanuel first stepped into the One Nation Boxing Gym last year. A tactical fighter with good Ring IQ that likes to read his opponents before breaking them down. He embraces the gyms family environment and the level of detail provided by our coaches. His favourite fighters include Canelo, Lomachenko and Sugar Ray Leonard. "I like Canelo's aggressive style, Loma's technical ability and Sugar Ray Leonard because he entertained the fans!" 

A former professional footballer with bags of natural athletic ability. James joined One Nation during lockdown and is quickly progressing into a talented Amateur Boxer. His patient but aggressive counter punching style keeps his opponents on their toes throughout each round. It's not a surprise that his favourite fighter is Mike Tyson. "Since joining One Nation Boxing I've relished the high standard of coaching and being around a group of fighters that have a strong will to achieve in this sport."
