One Nation Boxing wasn't built to look pretty. It was built in 1997 by former professional heavyweight boxer Clifton Mitchell to do one thing; forge real fighters and unbreakable character.
Having traded blows at the highest level of professional heavyweight boxing, Clifton knew that the ring doesn't care about excuses. He founded One Nation in Derby not as a health club, but as a gritty, uncompromising sanctuary for anyone willing to put in the work.

Our mission is raw, direct and non-negotiable: "Join a gym, not a gang" We don't offer shortcuts or trendy fitness fads. We use brutal discipline of boxing to pull youth off the streets, break toxic habits, and channel raw aggression into absolute focus. The streets offer a dead end; the ring offers a way out. Inside these walls, we don't care where you came from-only how hard you are willing to fight to change your future.

We don't mass-produce cookie cutter boxers. Our coaching team - Clifton, Mikey, Adam, Aiden, Kate and Qasim, strips back the noise to sharpen each fighter's raw, individual instincts. Its a method proven in blood and gold, having bred elite champions like Dave Ryan (Commonwealth & WBC International Champion), Harry Scarff (British ,IBF European & Commonwealth Champion), Mryon Mills (English Champion) and Sandy Ryan (WBO World Champion & WBC Internationa Championl)
